central location perfect room useful balcony
The location is indeed central. it's about 10 minutes by walk to major attractions. i found it convenient and not in the main road's chaotic area. the room was perfect, especially the balcony. I used it for shoes and washing cloths.

central gem!
central location friendly staff fresh towels refreshing drinks
I loved how central the location was. It's close to siam malls. the staff was always friendly and helpful! fresh towels and water were provided daily. That was a very nice touch. i enjoyed the lobby's pleasant scent and the refreshing drinks available.
The overhead shower in my room did not function perfectly. The water pressure was a little low.

The room was very spacious. The bed was enormous, and the bathroom area felt quite wide! complimentary bottled water and slippers were provided daily, useful. amenities were always stocked. I found this convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bts station. mbk is within walking distance. I liked that. the hotel is also near the jim thompson house. This made exploring easy.

The staff was consistently polite and helpful. they quickly assisted with our laundry delivery. the reception area always offered drinks. It was cute after a day out! the staff are amazing!!!

great experience near mbk center
convenient location friendly staff helpful staff
i stayed for several nights and found the location very convenient. a short walk took me to the mbk center, and i found massage parlors close by. the reception, room attendants, and security staff were all friendly and helpful .
I noticed a slight design flaw in the bathroom. The sink's design made it a little uncomfortable to use.

The hotel is close to the national stadium bts station. reaching the hotel from the airport requires only one train change. mbk center is also within a short walking distance from the hotel. I found it easily accessible.

the room included complimentary flavored water and bottled water. amenities were restocked regularly, and fresh towels and slippers were provided daily. the hotel maintained cleanliness standards.

breakfast options included both the hotel restaurant and the bar counter. the bar offered a typical italian selection, such as muffins and coffee. i didn't explore a la carte, but it looked appealing.

a mixed stay
lack of welcome building work
the location was near shopping malls. the room was clean.
the staff didn't welcome us warmly when we checked in. ironically, the hotel is called happy 3, but it was like sad 3. building work happened next door, causing noise and a lack of privacy. i am waiting for my security refund to come through.
